Frequently asked questions.
What is coaching?
Coaching is a forward-focused, client-led partnership that helps you uncover your own answers, build momentum, and create lasting change. It’s not about me giving you advice—it’s about me asking the right questions, challenging your perspective, and helping you see new possibilities so you can move toward the life you want.
How is coaching different from therapy, consulting, or mentoring?
Therapy often looks to the past to help heal wounds or address mental health challenges. Consulting usually means someone tells you what to do based on their expertise. Coaching is different—it’s about the present and the future. Together, we explore where you are now, where you want to be, and how to bridge that gap in a way that feels authentic to you. I don’t hand you answers; I help you find the path that’s already inside of you.
How does coaching help me achieve my goals?
Coaching works because it’s client-led and action-oriented. We’ll get clear on your goals, uncover what’s been holding you back, and create a structured plan to move forward. More importantly, you’ll build habits, accountability, and confidence along the way. The result? You don’t just achieve your goals—you grow into the kind of person who can keep setting and achieving bigger ones.
What does the coaching process look like?
The first step is to reach out and schedule a compass call. We’ll use that time to see if coaching is the right fit for you. If we decide to move forward, you’ll choose a coaching package that best fits your needs. From there, you’ll receive a brief Client Agreement and Welcome Questionnaire to help me get to know your goals before our first session. Once that’s done, you’ll book your recurring session time—and we’ll officially begin your coaching journey.
