MY PURPOSE
I coach young men who feel stuck, distracted, or unsure of where life’s heading. My purpose is to help young men step out of comfort and into calling—because I know what it’s like to drift without direction. Coaching isn’t about me telling you what to do; it’s about us working together so you can bring clarity, discipline, and purpose into your life.
EDUCATION
I studied Recreation at Southeast Missouri State and then went on to earn my Master’s in Sports Management at the University of Missouri. Along the way I worked in campus recreation, running the climbing wall, supervising intramurals, and overseeing Club Sports, before stepping into the athletic department as Assistant Director of Event Management. I’ve spent nearly a decade helping young adults grow in leadership, teamwork, and confidence.
CERTIFICATION
I’m a Master Certified Life Coach through the Certified Life Coach Institute (CLCI), where I learned the foundations of client-led coaching and the tools to help people create real, lasting change. Since then, I’ve collaborated with coaches from around the world, sharing experiences and strategies that continue to shape my approach. I’m also currently working toward my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In my practice, I follow ICF’s core competencies— active listening, powerful questioning, and maintaining an ethical framework—so clients know they’re getting professional, reliable coaching grounded in global standards.
MY STORY
I grew up in church but lost my way in college. I chased the party scene, nightlife, and anything that kept me distracted. Deep down, I wanted purpose, but I didn’t know where to find it.
Through grit (and a little luck), I landed an internship at Mizzou’s recreation department, which opened doors to leadership and a master’s degree. But in 2018, I packed up and moved to Los Angeles to chase comedy. I bartended to pay the bills, and once again found myself drifting—caught between two worlds: the Hollywood lifestyle and my faith.
Eventually, I chose faith. I got sober. And that’s when I realized my calling wasn’t entertainment—it was people. Coaching became the way I could give back. I know what it’s like to be lost, to be stuck, to wonder if you’re made for more. And now I get to help young men step into the clarity and purpose they’re searching for.
PERSONAL LIFE
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me outdoors—hunting, fishing, camping, or somewhere in the mountains. I love playing pickleball and golf. I’m a life long learner that loves to read. I stay active in the gym, and if you bring up sports, especially football, we’ll probably talk for hours. Oh—and if my dog’s not with me, I’m probably on my way to get him.
